WHAT ARE REFURBISHED PRODUCTS?

Refurbished scooters are either rental models or demonstration models.
They all come with a warranty and are fully inspected. They are available in the following four conditions:

Refurbished – As New : Product has been tested for 100% functionality and shows only minor signs of wear and tear. It comes with a 6-month warranty, and the odometer reading is between 10-300 kilometers, and the battery has undergone between 5-10 cycles.

Refurbished – Excellent : Product has been tested for 100% functionality and shows visible signs of wear or scratches. It comes with a 6-month warranty and has between 301-3500 kilometers on the odometer and between 11-100 battery cycles.

Refurbished – Good : Product has been tested for 100% functionality and shows visible signs of wear or scratches. It comes with a 3-month warranty and has between 3501-6500 kilometers on the odometer and between 101-150 battery cycles.

Refurbished – Fair : Product has been tested for 100% functionality and shows visible signs of wear or scratches. It comes with a 30-day warranty and has done over 6501 kilometers and over 151 battery cycles.
