The fastest way to get your purchases is by picking them up in-store. Simply place your order online and choose the store nearest to you. Your order will be ready in just a few hours.

How it Works?
  1. Order online and select the Pick Up option at checkout. Choose a nearby store.
  2. Wait for your Ready To Pick Up notification to pick up your order during opening hours.
  3. Bring your order pickup notification and 2 pieces of ID to the store to pick up your order.
What Do I Need to Pick Up an Order?
  1. A government-issued photo ID.
  2. The payment method used for the purchase.
  3. The order pickup notification.
How Long Does It Take to Get My Order?

Your order will be ready for pickup within a few hours up to one business day. You will receive a notification once your order is available for pickup during opening hours.
How Quickly Do I Need to Pick Up My Order?

Purchased products will be held at the store for a period of three days. If you are unable to retrieve your products within this allotted time frame, your order will be cancelled and your payment method refunded.

In the event that you require more time to retrieve your products, please consult your order details for alternative pickup options.
Who Can Pick Up an Order?

Only the person who placed the order may pick it up. Bring both your order notification, the original payment method, and two pieces of government-issued photo ID.

For gift-giving purposes, we recommend purchasing an e-gift card.

Pre-Orders

Products that have been pre-ordered will be available for pickup either on or after their scheduled release date.
Order Cancellation

Pick-Up orders can be cancelled at any time without incurring a penalty. Contact us about cancelling and a full refund of the purchase price will issued.
