Most in-stock products ship within 1–2 business days from Canada with UPS Standard. A tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Delivery usually takes 2–11 business days and requires a signature.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or during the weekend are processed on Monday. We ship from Montreal and Toronto, and delivery times vary by location and product availability.

Products over 65kg (143.3 lbs) may not qualify for free shipping or may be pickup only.

Processing Time

Orders that are in-stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email containing a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Our preferred shipping method is ground delivery via UPS.

Our warehouses are only open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday, the next business day. We have warehouses in Montreal and Toronto. The delivery time of your order depends on your location and the availability of the items.

Delivery Time

Delivery can take up to 11 business days subject to the delivery address.

Taxes

Taxes are charged based on the order destination and will vary per state or province.

Damaged During Transit

If your products arrive damaged, don't hesitate to refuse delivery and make sure the driver notes the reason as "damaged".

Please note that shipping-related damages must be reported to the freight company and us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. We advise you to take pictures of the damage and ask the freight company for a confirmation or claim number. Please contact us with a description of the damage, including photos and confirmation number from the freight company. We advise you to keep the original packaging and refrain from throwing it away.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it is delivered—no penalties. Simply let us know you want to cancel, and we’ll issue a full refund.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled or modified. If possible, you can refuse the shipment when the driver attempts delivery.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method, in accordance with the refund policy for the product you ordered.

Pre-Order/Back Order Cancellation

You can cancel your pre-order or back order at any time before it is delivered—no penalties. Just let us know, and we’ll issue a full refund.

Not Shipping To

We do not ship to the following places:

  • United States: Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico
  • Canada: Nunavik, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, or the Yukon
  • PO boxes, APOs or military addresses
Products that Cannot Be Shipped

The following products do not ship and are only available for in-store pick up or local delivery:

  • Stand-alone batteries (meaning alone and not installed in a device or packed with the bike or scooter they will power)
  • Products that legally qualify as motor vehicles and require a driver’s license (ex. NIU NQi, MQi, etc).
Products Non-Eligible for Free Shipping

Large or heavy products (e.g., NIU UQi Pro/UQi+, NQi, XQi, etc.) are not eligible for free shipping. Some of these products may be shipped through our delivery service for a fee. Contact us for more information.
