We do not ship to PO BOXES or APO.

UQi scooters will have a shipping fee applied to them.

We do not currently ship products that legally qualify as motor vehicle and require a driver’s license. These products are only available for in-store pick up.

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. An email with a tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been shipped. We usually ship by ground via UPS/FedEx.

Delivery can take up to 10 business days subject to the delivery address.

Free shipping is not applicable to the following scenarios:

• Heavy or large products such as mopeds or scooters which require scheduled delivery
• Products that legally qualify as motor vehicle and require a driver’s licence
• Products or locations that require air delivery
