Price protection allows you to receive a refund for any difference in price if a product is later available at a lower price.

To determine if a product qualifies for price protection, please review the terms below:

• The product was purchased from our website.
• The purchased product has gone on sale or reduced in price within 14 calendar days of your order.
• The product must be identical in year, model, color, material, size, and any other relevant criteria.
• The product in question is still available on our website in the same model, color, material, size and any other relevant criteria.
• Price adjustments can only be applied once per item.

To request a price adjustment on a product purchased online, simply submit the valid online ad at the time of purchase to hello@niucanada.com. The request will be reviewed and, if approved, the price will be adjusted immediately.

Exclusion: We are unable to offer price adjustments on purchased products that were eligible for coupons, as coupons can only be used on subsequent purchases during their qualifying period.
