Local Delivery

In some cities, NIU dealers offer FREE local delivery for larger scooters or motorcycles (e.g. UQi, NQi, XQi, etc.) within a 20km radius of their location. Please contact us to find out in which cities this service is available.

A NIU representative will contact you to schedule the best time to bring you your new scooter.

All NIU scooters are delivered fully assembled and ready to ride.

ID Required for Delivery

To receive the delivery, you must present:

1. 2 pieces of government-issued photo IDs
2. The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used)
3. The order number

Receiving Delivery

You will need two forms of government-issued photo identification to receive your order.

If you are purchasing a gift, we recommend purchasing an e-gift card for a hassle-free experience.

Quick Delivery

Our stock is consistently updated, so you can expect fast delivery of your order within 1-3 business days. We guarantee delivery on the agreed date and will promptly notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Please note that deliveries are made exclusively on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.

For pre-ordered products, we commit to delivering on their release date or within 3 business days of its release.

Delivery Destinations

We offer free NIU delivery service to places within a 20 km radius of select stores. If you are not within our delivery range, please check contact us.

Damaged During Transit

If your products arrive damaged, don't hesitate to refuse delivery and make sure the driver notes the reason as "damaged". Take pictures of the product and contact us with details of the delivery, including photos of the damage.

Delivery Cancellation

You can cancel your order without penalty at any time if it hasn't been delivered yet. Just let us know that you want to cancel, and we'll give you a full refund.

It is not possible to cancel or modify an order without paying fees once it has been delivered. If you're able to, you can refuse the shipment when the driver tries to deliver it. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will deduct the round trip delivery fees and the credit card processing fee of 3% (if applicable) from your refund, and the original method of payment will be credited with any remaining balance.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for free local delivery:

  • Lightweight products such as electric kick scooters, accessories and parts (shipping is the best and fastest option.)
  • Rental, subscription, and sightseeing products
  • Gift card orders (shipping charges will always apply to these orders)
  • Products discounted to 30% and above or marked as CLEARANCE PRODUCTS

NOTE: If one or more products in your order are on sale, shipping charges will apply to the entire order. Consider splitting your order between clearance items and regular priced products to take advantage of free local shipping.
