Refurbished scooters are either exchanges, returns or demo units. They all come with a warranty and are fully inspected before shipping. They are available in the following three conditions:
Refurbished – Excellent: Product has been tested for 100% functionality and shows visible signs of wear or scratches. It comes with a 1-year warranty and has fewer than 50 kilometers on the odometer.
Refurbished – Good: Product has been tested for 100% functionality and shows visible signs of wear or scratches. it comes with a 6-month warranty and has between 50-250 kilometers on the odometer.
Refurbished – Fair: Product has been tested for 100% functionality and shows visible signs of wear or scratches. It comes with a 30-day warranty and has over 250 kilometers on the odometer.

What Are Refurbished Products?
Refurbished products are either exchanges, returns, or demonstration units. We inspect every unit and ensure it is in proper working condition. The scooters are priced according to their condition. There are 3 different refurbished conditions:
Excellent Condition
The scooter has fewer than 50 kilometers on the odometer, shows visible signs of wear or scratches, and is in complete working condition. Includes a 1-year warranty.
Good Condition
The scooter has between 50-250 kilometers on the odometer, shows visible signs of wear or scratches, and is in complete working condition. Includes a 6-month warranty.
Fair Condition
The scooter has over 250 kilometers on the odometer, shows visible signs of wear or scratches, and is in complete working condition. Includes a 30-day warranty.
